Volunteer of the Month: Ketlyn-Merit Sepp

For three consecutive years, Keitlyn has stood out as one of the organization's most dedicated contributors. During the 2024/25 season alone, she participated in a staggering 56 YFU activities, averaging nearly one event every single week. Her dedication covers every corner of the YFU experience: she leads four inbound seminars and three major student trips each year, delivers school presentations, and spearheads outbound marketing campaigns whenever an expert voice is needed.

What Her Fellow Volunteers Say

The impact of Keitlyn’s work is best captured through the words of the YFU Estonia community who nominated her:

Unmatched Energy and Thoroughness: "Keitlyn is always remembered as the bright-eyed spirit of the group. She radiates immense positivity and motivation that no one can fail to notice. Everything she does, she does extremely thoroughly and thoughtfully."

Total Commitment: "Keitlyn always has the energy and the will; she doesn't do anything halfway, but is always fully involved with her heart and soul."

An Incredible Balancing Act: "I really don’t understand how she manages so much! Balancing work, university, and super-active volunteering is tough, but somehow she does it... The amount of effort she puts in is baffling."

The Ultimate YFUer: "Always cheerful and always ready to pull chestnuts out of the fire—whether leading a marketing event, an election day, or lighting up a room with her bright personality. A truly well-deserved title!"

Whether she is guiding new exchange students, coordinating volunteer teams, or stepping up in critical moments, Keitlyn executes every task with joy and dedication.

Thank you, Keitlyn, for your boundless passion, your leadership, and for inspiring the entire YFU network!
